Ingredients
4medium sweet potatoes
10 sausages(low fat)
1pot 0%Greek yoghurt
Lime
3tsp coriander
3 medium red pepper
5sticks raw celery
2 medium red union
Instructions
Poke holes in the skins of the potatoes and bake in the
oven. Grill the sausages mix the lime juice, coriander and Greek yoghurt in a
bowl. Chop finely the red pepper, onion and celery and place in a large bowl.
Once the sweet potatoes are cooked. Leave to cool slightly peel and chop adding
salad. Pour over the dressing and serve with sausages. A variation on a
weightwatchers recipe
